What documents are required for registration?+
A copy of your ID, student certificate, passport photo, and parent information form. We send the full document list after your reservation.
How is the fee paid?+
Monthly or term payments can be made by bank transfer/EFT. Installment options with credit card are also available.
How is the deposit refunded?+
The one-time deposit is fully refunded when you leave if the room is handed back in good condition.
What happens if I leave early?+
If you leave before the contract period ends, a one-month fee deduction applies; the remaining balance is refunded.

Are there entry/exit hours?+
Our dorm entrance is open 24/7; after midnight, entry is by card with the on-duty manager. Additional arrangements are possible with parental consent.
Are guests allowed?+
Short visits by family and parents are welcome in the lobby and meeting room. Overnight guests are not accepted.
Can I change rooms?+
You may request a room change mid-term if availability allows. Contact management to start the process.
Smoking and alcohol?+
Smoking and alcohol are strictly prohibited inside the dorm. A designated outdoor smoking area is available.

How fast is the internet?+
1 Gbps fiber Wi-Fi is provided unlimited in all rooms and common areas.
Are meals included in the fee?+
Yes. Breakfast and dinner are included in the monthly fee.
Are meals served on weekends?+
Breakfast and dinner are served on weekends as well.
Is the laundry paid?+
Self-service laundry works with tokens. Registered students receive a free monthly token quota.
